The Viceroy at Pleased to Meet You

"Tell late night tales in our exotic British outpost"

Background Image

Pleased To Meet You’s late night affair. With a cocktail list that explores distant lapping shores, exotic climes and hot, dusty evenings. Opened in September 2017, Viceroy is a truly unique city hideaway, nestled deep below the High Bridge destination we call home. Using ingredients, recipes and techniques inspired by Colonial shipping ports across the globe, we’ve developed a truly unique list of cocktails and tonics with a twist.

Of course, late nights and cocktails fall hand-in-hand with good music. Our weekend DJs will be spinning only the best in upbeat house and disco, perfect for that late night, cocktail-fuelled, candlelit affair.

Exotic cocktails

Introducing Pleased to Meet You’s exotic little sister, Viceroy – a brand new, late night, experimental cocktail and tonic bar located directly underneath Pleased to Meet You. We’ve taken inspiration from colonial shipping ports of days gone by to create an array of exquisite cocktails and tonics. From the Caribbean, we have sugar cane rum in our Viceroy Veranda Lemonade, a superb long cooler for laid back slurping. Or, if a trip to the Far East is more your style, why not try our Tokyo Plum Sour with Umeshu sake and damson plum jam?

Viceroy Martinez
